SHIPPING POLICY:

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 -72 hours, Monday to Friday. Processing times may vary based on the products you have chosen and the season.

We will contact you via email, if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, or if we need to confirm availability.

Business Days: "Business Days" or "Biz Days" refers to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses:

When you need to ship items to multiple addresses, you will need to create individual orders for each different location.

Shipping to International & Military Addresses:

We ship to International addresses outside the United States. Our Shopping Cart will calculate most International shipping rates for you. Please contact us for available services and rates to your area. Some restrictions apply.

Order Fulfillment:

Every attempt is made to process your order as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours - Monday through Friday.

Products are shipped from multiple fulfillment centers located in the USA, Canada, & Asia.

Tracking:

Most packages have tracking and are shipped through the Mail or Postal systems. Some international destinations do not offer tracking.

How to Track Your Order:

If your order offers tracking, you would have received an email notice with the tracking # when it was shipped.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Delivery of products will vary as they may be shipped from any of our Domestic or International fulfillment centers.

Estimated Domestic Items: approx.7 -12 business days
Estimated International Items: approx.14 -45 business days

Please allow more time during Peak Holiday Seasons.

Duty and Customs:

International customers please note: we cannot be responsible for any additional fees or charges your country may or may not charge.

** Please Note - Shipping to the UK Is open again but please be advised that you will be charged VAT & Customs at that end to retrieve your package. We have no control over these fees.
